Useful Information:   

•   Check-in from 15.00   

•    At the time of check-in it is mandatory to provide a valid identity document: identity card or passport   

•    No other person, other than those duly registered at check-in, will be allowed inside the rooms   

•    Check-out by 11.00   

•    The remote control and electronic key must be returned upon check-out and, in the event of their loss, the Management reserves the right to charge a cost of € 100.00   

•    In case of late check-out, one night will be charged   

•    Late Check Out: it is possible to obtain it, based on availability, to be agreed with the Management, until 3.00 pm, with a supplement of € 100.00   

   It is possible to leave your luggage in our deposit free of charge, subject to prior agreements with the Management   

•    The Management is not liable for any theft and/or loss of objects left unattended in the common areas and/or in the rooms   

•    The Management is not liable for any damage caused by problems relating to the provision of public services (internet connection, water, electricity, etc.)  

 

Reservation:

•    Your reservation must always be agreed with the Management and integrated with the payment of a deposit equal to the cost of the stay for the first night   

•    The reservation will be effective only after confirmation by the management of Villa Carrara   

•    It is possible to cancel your reservation, without additional costs and with the total refund of the advance paid, no later than 7 days prior to the arrival date. Otherwise, the advance will not be returned   

•    For special bookings (stays longer than 2 days and/or in high season) the total payment of the entire amount may be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date   

•    The request for any additional bed must always be agreed with the Management   

•    Any damage caused will be subject to a request for a suitable and immediate compensation by the Management   

•    In the event of behaviors that damage the structure and image of the Villa and that do not respect the correct rules of etiquette (any traces of smoke in the room, damaged linen, damaged furnishings, missing objects and/or other), the Management reserves the right to charge a suitable and immediate compensation, based on the seriousness of the damage   

•    Non-smoking structure: in compliance with current legislation, smoking is prohibited inside closed spaces  

 

Pet-Friendly Structure



On holiday with your four-legged friend? Yes, your small dogs are welcomeFor reasons of hygiene, safety and respect for guests, your four-legged friends cannot be left free in the park or alone inside the rooms. In this regard, we remind you that a dog-sitter service is available, at a cost of €15.00 per hour. For each dog in the room, we will charge a supplement of €30.00 per day 

 

Terms of Payment


We accept payments by cash, in compliance with current regulations, debit cards, credit cards of the Visa and MasterCard circuit.

The payment of the stay must be made upon check-in.

Payment of the extras must be made upon check-out.

 

Cancellation Conditions   

•    It is possible to cancel your reservation, without additional costs and with the total refund of the advance paid, no later than 7 days prior to the arrival date. Otherwise, the advance will not be returned.   

•    For special bookings (stays longer than 2 days and/or in the high season) full payment of the entire amount may be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.   

•    In the case of bookings of the entire accommodation facility, it is necessary to pay 50% of the entire amount at the time of booking as a confirmatory deposit and the balance must be paid at least 15 days before the check-in date.   

•    For cancellations not received and in case of no-show, the penalty is 100% of the cost of the stay.
